Directions:
    Write a function that returns a vector which removes all
    occurences of a certain integer from its vector parameter.

Declarations:
    apvector<int> Numbers;
    int item;              //integer to be removed

Call:

    apvector<int> removal(apvector<int> Numbers, int item)
