The gun was aimed at a target so it would hit it the middle if there were no gravity. The velocity of the dart is depending on how hard you blow. Problem: What angle does it hit the cardboard target and find Vf. Procedure: First get in a group of three or two. Then choose one person to fire the blowgun. Once you have fired the gun measure the distance from the middle of the target (Dy). From that calculate Vix, Aingun, Tingun, angle dart hit the cardboard, and Vf. The faster you blow the gun the less the angle and less the Dy.
